- Four 75-minute virtual sessions scheduled flexibly within one month
- Expert therapeutic support provided by a licensed psychotherapist with over fifteen years in the field of mental health/ relationship health
- Conducted virtually via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform
- Personalized resources and weekly exercises between sessions
- Focused assessment in the first meeting to identify immediate priorities
Each session is structured and purposeful. We assess what is most pressing, develop a short-term plan, and build skills that create relief and direction right away.
