It’s time to feel better.
Tailored guidance, insights, and proven tools to help you find your unique path to living your best life.
Hello & welcome…
You don’t have to stay stuck and alone in the struggle. Challenges like relationship friction, identity shifts after major life transitions, anxiety, career concerns, loneliness, loss, and excessive stress can all set our internal compasses to spinning, making it difficult to move in the direction of our hopes. It can help to have an experienced, impartial, compassionate partner on your journey with you.
My personal mission is to be your guide, helping you to find your path to a fuller, more enjoyable life by addressing the issues and patterns that block your way. -Jennifer Uhrlass, LMFT

Argue less, experience satisfying physical intimacy, and feel heard, understood, and deeply appreciated by your partner – those are some of the most common goals for couples counseling. Therapy can help rebuild trust after a breach, support you through life transitions, and give you the tools to navigate life together with love and compassion.
Therapy offers a safe and supportive space to help you move through difficult life transitions, develop healthier coping skills, and improve the quality of your relationships. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or a painful past experience, therapy helps you to heal – so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
In marriage and family counseling and in child therapy, we work collaboratively to help your family unit improve communication and understanding, so you can learn how to come together as a cohesive unit and support each other through crises, transitions, and daily life.
