  • WOOP (Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, Plan): WOOP is a great app to help you get unstuck. It is based on the idea that in order to accomplish a desired outcome, positive thinking must be paired with a realistic plan to get there. The focus is on helping you to consider the barriers of a particular wish and then make a realistic plan toward your desired outcome.
  • ACT Coach (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy): Originally developed for individuals struggling with symptoms of PTSD, this app is useful for anyone interested in understanding more about mindfulness or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT (a type of psychotherapy used at Modern MFT). It provides education on ACT concepts as well as a range of guided audio meditations to help you begin to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine.
